It is expected that Nicki Minaj’s Pound the Alarm video which was shot in Trinidad earlier this month, will be released within the next few hours. On Saturday, Minaj tweeted that the video would be out by the end of July and here we are... at the end of July!

Monday/Tuesday. Promise ”!
The initial video release date was set for July 17, however, Minaj told fans it became impossible to maintain that date as final editing was still underway.
The hype surrounding the much anticipated “Trini-Carnival” themed video was certainly enhanced by the release of a 2 minute, 28 second clip of behind-the-scene footage, showing the hip hop artiste working her curves beneath the hot Caribbean sun. This along with her sultry performance of the single in a sensational Carnival styled outfit on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno has sparked a level of excitement among fans across the world, especially here at home in T&T.
The track, Pound the Alarm comes off Minaj’s “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded” album.
We patiently await the release of the video for Pound the Alarm!
